§ 27-13-7-10

If:(1) an evidence of coverage that is issued under and incorporated into a contract issued in Indiana is intended for delivery in another state;(2) the evidence of coverage has been approved for use in the state in which it is to be delivered; and(3) the evidence of coverage is not delivered in Indiana;the evidence of coverage need not be submitted to the commissioner in Indiana for approval.As added by P.L.26-1994, SEC.25.
