Not more than thirty (30) days after any material change in the operation of a health maintenance organization that will directly affect the subscribers or enrollees of the organization, the health maintenance organization shall provide notice of the change to the subscribers or enrollees affected by the change.As added by P.L.26-1994, SEC.25.
