All information, documents, and copies of information and documents obtained by or disclosed to the commissioner or to any other person in the course of an examination or approval of a plan under this article:(1) are declared confidential for purposes of IC 5-14-3-4(a)(1);(2) shall be given confidential treatment;(3) are not subject to subpoena; and(4) shall not be made public by the commissioner or any other person, except to insurance departments of other states with the prior written consent of the applicant.As added by P.L.226-2023, SEC.30.
