§ 27-14-5-6-3

Any action:(1) challenging the validity of; or(2) arising out of;an action that is taken or proposed to be taken under this article must commence not later than thirty (30) days after the approval by the commissioner of the plan under which or in respect of which the action is taken or proposed to be taken.As added by P.L.226-2023, SEC.30.
