If the department has cause to believe that grounds for the suspension or revocation of a registration under this article exist, the department shall:(1) notify the discount medical card program organization in writing specifically stating the grounds for suspension or revocation; and(2) pursue a hearing under IC 4-21.5.As added by P.L.73-2006, SEC.3.
