Upon the effective date of the surrender or revocation of a discount medical card program organization's registration, the discount medical card program organization shall conclude the discount medical card program organization's affairs transacted under the registration. The discount medical card program organization may not engage in any further advertising, solicitation, collection of consideration, or renewal of agreements.As added by P.L.73-2006, SEC.3.
