(b) A registration issued or renewed under this chapter expires annually on the last day of the month of issuance or renewal.(c) The fee for renewal of a registration under this chapter is two hundred fifty dollars ($250).(d) The department shall renew a registration issued under this chapter if:(1) the fee specified under subsection (c) is paid; and(2) the commissioner is satisfied that the discount medical card program organization is in compliance with this article.(e) Fees collected under this section must be deposited in the department of insurance fund established by IC 27-1-3-28.As added by P.L.73-2006, SEC.3.
