§ 27-17-3-1

(b) The department may:(1) order a discount medical card program organization or applicant for registration under IC 27-17-2 to produce records, books, files, advertising and solicitation materials, and other information; and(2) take statements under oath to determine whether the discount medical card program organization or applicant is in violation of the law or is acting contrary to the public interest.(c) A discount medical card program organization or applicant that is examined or investigated under this chapter shall pay any expense incurred in conducting the examination or investigation.As added by P.L.73-2006, SEC.3.
