(b) A discount medical card program organization that fails to file an annual report as required under this chapter shall pay to the department for deposit in the department of insurance fund established by IC 27-1-3-28:(1) five hundred dollars ($500) per day for the first ten (10) days of noncompliance; and(2) one thousand dollars ($1,000) per day for the eleventh day and each subsequent day of noncompliance.(c) Upon receiving notice under subsection (a), a discount medical card program organization's registration is suspended until the commissioner determines that the discount medical card program organization is in compliance with this chapter.As added by P.L.73-2006, SEC.3.
