§ 27-19-4-13

An individual who fails to:(1) appear for a scheduled examination required under section 11(a) of this chapter; or(2) pass the examination;may not be rescheduled for the examination unless the individual reapplies for the examination and remits all required fees and forms.As added by P.L.278-2013, SEC.27.
