(b) The commissioner shall collect from each applicant for certification or registration under this chapter a nonrefundable application fee established by the commissioner in an amount expected to generate revenue sufficient to cover the costs incurred by the commissioner in implementing this chapter.As added by P.L.278-2013, SEC.27.
