A certified navigator who is unable to comply with the certification renewal procedures under this chapter due to military service or another extenuating circumstance may request from the commissioner:(1) a temporary waiver of:(A) the renewal procedure; or(B) an examination requirement; or(2) a waiver of a penalty or sanction that might otherwise be imposed for failure to comply with the renewal procedures.As added by P.L.278-2013, SEC.27.
