As used in this chapter, 'personal insurance policy' means a policy that:(1) provides one (1) or more of the kinds of insurance described in Class 2 or Class 3 of IC 27-1-5-1; and(2) is underwritten on an individual basis for personal, family, or household use.As added by P.L.201-2003, SEC.1.
