§ 27-2-23-15

An insurer, and an entity providing services to an insurer, shall not charge a beneficiary or authorized representative a fee or cost associated with:(1) a death master file search; or(2) verification of a death master file match;conducted under this chapter.As added by P.L.90-2014, SEC.1.
