§ 27-2-23-5

As used in this chapter, 'death master file' refers to:(1) the federal Social Security Administration's Death Master File; or(2) another data source that, for the purpose of determining that a person is reported to have died, is at least as comprehensive as the federal Social Security Administration's Death Master File.As added by P.L.90-2014, SEC.1.
