§ 27-2-27-10

(a) As used in this chapter, 'licensee' means a person that is:(1) licensed, authorized to operate, or registered; or(2) required to be licensed, authorized to operate, or registered;under this title and the rules adopted under this title.(b) The term does not include any of the following:(1) A purchasing group or risk retention group that is chartered and licensed in another state.(2) A person that is:(A) acting as an assuming insurer; and(B) domiciled in a state or jurisdiction other than Indiana.As added by P.L.130-2020, SEC.10.
