5-5.(b) If a farm mutual insurance company does not seek judicial review of the commissioner's determination to issue an order under section 26 of this chapter less than thirty (30) days after the commissioner notifies the farm mutual insurance company of the commissioner's determination, the order is final.(c) If a farm mutual insurance company seeks judicial review of the commissioner's determination under section 26 of this chapter and the commissioner's determination is upheld, the order is final.As added by P.L.129-2003, SEC.8.
