§ 27-7-13-2

If a policy of insurance described in section 1 of this chapter does not provide coverage for flood damage:(1) the policy jacket must contain a prominently printed notice stating; or(2) the policyholder must be given written notice when the policy is issued, or upon the first renewal after December 31, 2001;that coverage for flood damage may be available through the National Flood Insurance Program.As added by P.L.203-2001, SEC.11.
