§ 27-7-15-5

As used in this chapter, 'non-trucking liability insurance' means insurance that provides third party liability coverage for property damage or bodily injury caused by the operation of a for hire motor carrier truck for purposes other than for hire motor carrier truck purposes.As added by P.L.146-2015, SEC.32.
