(a) As used in this chapter, 'third party' means a person that enters into a contract with a contracting entity or another third party to gain access to:(1) a provider network contract;(2) dental services provided pursuant to a provider network contract; or(3) contractual discounts provided pursuant to a provider network contract.(b) The term does not include an employer or another group or entity for which the contracting entity provides administrative services.As added by P.L.17-2024, SEC.19.
