A contracting entity that is a party to a provider network contract with a provider that chooses under section 11(b)(1)(A) of this chapter not to participate in third party access shall not alter the provider's rights or status under the provider network contract because of the provider's choice not to participate in third party access.As added by P.L.17-2024, SEC.19.
