As used in this chapter, 'provider network contract' means a contract between a contracting entity and one (1) or more providers:(1) that establishes a network through which the providers:(A) provide dental services to covered individuals; and(B) are compensated for providing the dental services; and(2) that specifies the rights and responsibilities of the contracting entity and the providers concerning the network.As added by P.L.17-2024, SEC.19.
