§ 27-7-2-27

(b) Any order or decision of the commissioner made under this chapter is subject to review in the circuit or superior court of Marion County by any party in interest. An appeal must be taken within thirty (30) days after the date of the order or decision of the commissioner. The court shall determine whether the filing of the petition for review shall operate as a stay of the order or decision of the commissioner. The court may, in disposing of the issue before it, affirm or set aside the order or decision of the commissioner. If the order or decision of the commissioner is affirmed, the court shall make its own order and judgment commanding obedience to the order or decision of the commissioner. An appeal may be taken to the supreme court as in civil actions from any order or judgment of the circuit or superior court made under this section.Formerly: Acts 1935, c.323, s.27.
