An insurer that enters into a reinsurance agreement with the commissioner under section 9 of this chapter shall:(1) report the amounts of premiums collected, at times designated by the commissioner; and(2) present an itemized list of losses paid, including the policy number and the location of the structures, semiannually on dates selected by the commissioner.As added by P.L.164-1986, SEC.1.
