If coverage for damage due to mine subsidence is added under this chapter as an additional form of coverage to a policy providing the type of insurance described in Class 3(a) of IC 27-1-5-1, the mine subsidence coverage of the policy must apply to structures in the same manner as coverage for other perils under the policy.As added by P.L.124-1992, SEC.5.
