§ 27-8-1-12

Said bond shall be recorded in the recorder's office in the county in this state in which one (1) of the incorporators resides, and a certified copy of said record shall, by said recorder, be forwarded to the state comptroller, who shall file and preserve the same in the state comptroller's office.Formerly: Acts 1883, c.136, s.12.
