If a long term care benefit, funded through a life insurance vehicle by the acceleration of the death benefit, is in benefit payment status, a monthly report containing the following shall be provided to the policyholder:(1) Any long term care benefit paid out during the month.(2) An explanation of any change in the policy, including a change in death benefit or cash value due to long term care benefits being paid.(3) The amount of long term care benefits remaining under the policy.As added by P.L.114-1991, SEC.18.
