Every issuer of Medicare supplement insurance policies or certificates in Indiana shall provide a copy of any Medicare supplement advertisement intended for use in Indiana whether through written, radio, or television medium to the commissioner for review or approval by the commissioner to the extent required under Indiana law.As added by P.L.255-1989, SEC.15.
