As used in this chapter, 'mammography services provider' means a person or facility that:(1) has been accredited by the American College of Radiology;(2) meets equivalent guidelines established by the Indiana department of health; or(3) certified by the Federal Department of Health and Human Services for participation in the Medicare program (42 U.S.C. 1395 et seq.).As added by P.L.119-1991, SEC.3.
