Except as permitted under sections 27 and 29 of this chapter, a small employer insurer shall not modify a health insurance plan with respect to:(1) a small employer; or(2) an eligible employee or dependent;through riders, endorsements, or otherwise to restrict or exclude coverage or benefits for specific diseases, medical conditions, or services otherwise covered by the plan.As added by P.L.93-1995, SEC.18.
