§ 27-8-15-32

(a) If an individual:(1) becomes an eligible employee of a small employer after the date that a small employer insurer first insures an eligible employee of the small employer under a health insurance plan; and(2) is not a late enrollee;the individual and all dependents of the individual are entitled to coverage under section 33 of this chapter, subject to the provisions of sections 27 and 28 of this chapter.As added by P.L.93-1995, SEC.21.
