§ 27-9-1-6

If the court considers it desirable for the protection of the insurer's assets, the court may at any time require an additional bond from the commissioner or his deputies. Those bonds shall be paid for out of the assets of the insurer as a cost of administration.As added by Acts 1979, P.L.255, SEC.1.
