This title does not prohibit the acquisition of control of one (1) or more stock savings banks by a bank holding company, a corporation, an individual, or individuals acting in concert with one (1) or more individuals if the acquisition is in compliance with section 23 of this chapter.As added by P.L.42-1993, SEC.22.
