If the meeting is to be an annual meeting, notice of the submission of the agreement shall be included in the notice of the annual meeting. If the meeting is a special meeting, the special meeting shall be called by the resolution designating the meeting, and notice of the meeting shall be given at the time and in the manner provided in IC 28-13-5-8.
