As used in this chapter, 'contract, security, or instrument' includes any:(1) contract;(2) agreement;(3) mortgage;(4) deed of trust;(5) lease;(6) instrument; or(7) other obligation or security, whether representing debt or equity, and including any interest in a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company.As added by P.L.67-2022, SEC.1.
