As used in this chapter, 'corporation' means any:(1) bank;(2) trust company;(3) corporate fiduciary;(4) savings bank;(5) savings association;(6) industrial loan and investment company that maintains federal deposit insurance;(7) credit union; or(8) bank of discount and deposit;organized or reorganized under the laws of this state.As added by P.L.30-2024, SEC.6.
