A final order issued upon consent under section 7(e) of this chapter is effective at the time specified in the order.(b) A final order remains effective and enforceable as provided in the order.(c) The department or a reviewing court may stay, modify, or vacate a final order.As added by P.L.33-1991, SEC.56.
