The board of directors shall submit the examination and a complete statement of the condition of the corporation to the department. The department may require additional information. The department may establish the accounting and auditing standards necessary to define the examination requirements of this section by policy or rule. An examination of a corporation's holding company shall satisfy the requirements of this section if done in accordance with standards prescribed by department policy or rule.As added by P.L.14-1992, SEC.163.
