Deposit associations:(1) continue to possess all the rights, powers, privileges, and immunities afforded by IC 28-1 and any other statutes relating to share account associations; and(2) are subject to all the duties and obligations imposed upon share account associations by IC 28-1 or other statutes relating to share account associations.As added by P.L.193-1997, SEC.2.
