§ 28-15-9-2

A savings association shall notify the department:(1) not less than thirty (30) days before the establishment or acquisition of any service corporation; and(2) not less than thirty (30) days before the commencement of any new activity through a service corporation.As added by P.L.193-1997, SEC.2.
