Subject to the limitations of this chapter, a foreign bank holding company is entitled to acquire one (1) or more:(1) Indiana banks;(2) Indiana bank holding companies; or(3) foreign bank holding companies that have acquired one (1) or more Indiana banks;after approval by the department.As added by P.L.279-1987, SEC.9.
