§ 28-6-1-13-4

(a) A savings bank shall, when required by the department, publish the savings bank's statement of condition in the form in which the statement of condition is required by the department as prescribed in this chapter.(b) The statement of condition shall be published in a newspaper printed and published in the city or town in which the savings bank has its principal office, if a newspaper is printed in that city or town. If a newspaper is not printed in that city or town, the savings bank shall publish the statement of condition in a newspaper printed and published in the city or town nearest to the city or town of the savings bank's principal office.(c) A statement of condition shall be published at the expense of the savings bank making the statement, and proof of publication shall be furnished the department in the form the department requires.As added by P.L.42-1993, SEC.72.
