'Resulting savings bank' means a stock savings bank that is organized as a subsidiary of a reorganizing savings bank to receive a substantial part of the assets and liabilities, including all deposit accounts, of the reorganizing savings bank upon consummation of the reorganization.As added by P.L.122-1994, SEC.101.
