'Acquiree savings bank' means any savings bank other than a resulting savings bank that:(1) is acquired by a mutual holding company as part of, and concurrently with, a mutual holding company reorganization; and(2) is in the mutual form immediately before the acquisition.As added by P.L.122-1994, SEC.101.
