The director, in the exercise of reasonable judgment, is authorized to compromise, settle, and collect civil penalties from a person for a violation of:(1) a provision of this chapter; or(2) an order issued or promulgated pursuant to this chapter.As added by P.L.198-2023, SEC.4.
