(b) A consent order must:(1) be signed by the person to whom it is issued or an authorized representative of that person; and(2) indicate agreement to the terms contained within the consent order.(c) A consent order does not:(1) constitute an admission by a person that a provision of this chapter or an order promulgated or issued under this chapter has been violated; or(2) constitute a finding by the director that the person has violated a provision of this chapter or an order promulgated or issued under this chapter.(d) Notwithstanding the issuance of a consent order, the director may seek civil or criminal penalties or compromise civil penalties concerning matters encompassed by the consent order, unless the consent order by its terms expressly precludes the director from doing so.As added by P.L.198-2023, SEC.4.
