1 of this chapter, or on separate ballot cards or ballot labels.(b) Except as provided in subsection (c), the name of each candidate who has qualified under IC 3-8 shall be placed on the ballot under a designation of the office for which the person is a candidate.(c) This subsection applies to an optical scan ballot card voting system that does not list the name of a candidate on the ballot card.
