§ 3-10-7-6-1

An election may not be held for a municipal office if:(1) an election is not required under section 6 of this chapter; and(2) the approval or rejection of a public question is the only other vote that may be cast on the ballot at the municipal election.As added by P.L.3-1997, SEC.234.
