(2) An absentee ballot counter shall be treated the same as a precinct election official.(3) A major political party of a county is entitled to appoint the number of watchers equal to the number of teams of absentee ballot counters.As added by P.L.3-1993, SEC.176 and P.L.19-1993, SEC.2.
