If for any reason the county election board determines that it is impracticable to count all or some of the absentee ballots under this chapter with an automatic tabulating machine, the board may direct that the ballot cards be counted manually.As added by P.L.3-1993, SEC.176 and P.L.19-1993, SEC.2.
